My investing is almost purely founder focused. I look for a visionary who holds both the long view and the clarity to see the steps it takes to get there. Just as important is a talent magnet. The first ten hires define the culture of a company and keeping that bar high is the hardest part of the journey. It's the difference between zero and unicorn. And between unicorn and decacorn.

I invest in a mix of venture funds and direct early-stage companies. Here are a couple: Nova Global, Genesis Fund, Agility Robotics, Recursive Superintelligence, Pluto, Magnificenza.
